Lead and manage a team of sales executives and tele callers to meet and exceed revenue targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote financial products and services
Drive lead generation activities and conversion through both online and offline channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion in target segments
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation standards
Represent FinanceKaart in client meetings, business events, and promotional activities
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in fintech or BFSI)
Strong communication, team management, and CRM skills
Knowledge of financial products is a plus
