Job Overview:
The Sales and Sourcing Manager in a Real Estate company is responsible for managing both the sales process and property sourcing activities to drive revenue and ensure high-quality investment opportunities. This role focuses on sourcing profitable properties for the company’s portfolio, building relationships with developers, brokers, and sellers, and leading a team to maximize sales performance. The Sales and Sourcing Manager will contribute to company growth by identifying new real estate opportunities and driving sales through strategic planning and client relationship management.
Design and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on real estate property sales, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Identify and develop leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events. Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Lead property showings, provide professional presentations, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Provide leadership and support to the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and drive the company’s real estate objectives.
Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on the status of the sales pipeline. Provide forecasts and recommendations to leadership.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, new developments, and emerging real estate markets.
Build relationships with property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to access exclusive deals and investment opportunities.
Lead negotiations with brokers to secure favorable purchase terms, ensuring deals meet financial and strategic goals.
Work closely with senior leadership to align sourcing strategies with the company’s investment portfolio objectives and financial targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree .
Experience: Experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or property acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property laws, and trends.
Strong negotiation and closing skills in real estate transactions.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.
Proficiency with real estate CRM software, market analysis tools, and MS Office.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
