Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:
· Leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and objectives.
· Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
· Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key accounts.
· Coordinating sales activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
· Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to customers.
· Conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance.
· Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
· Must be goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
