Oversee accurate resolution of customer queries and ensure comprehensive communication of loan-related terms & conditions (T&Cs) across all channels.
Ensure adherence to credit policy norms and maintain compliant communication with customers.
Manage daily MIS reports, track leads, and ensure adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Supervise accurate updates of customer details on defined tools/systems within established timelines.

Who Are We Looking For?
Graduate, preferably in Commerce or BBA.
4+ years of sales experience, ideally in banking/financial services, with proven team management expertise.
Strong communication skills (spoken & written English).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and foster collaboration to achieve business goals.
Strong leadership qualities to drive performance and deliver results.
