About the Role
CapitalBoon Consulting is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our Hyderabad operations. This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in sales, and a proven track record in the real estate industry. The GM - Sales will be responsible for driving business growth, managing large sales teams, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Hyderabad markets.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, train, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent performance and exceed KPIs.
Client Management:
Cultivate and manage key client relationships to drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Sales & Channel Management:
Oversee project-based sales, coordinate with channel partners and ensure timely closures.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences to align offerings and strategies.
Sales Operations:
Supervise all aspects of the sales cycle including negotiations, documentation, CRM entries, and post-sale processes.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 6 to 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, housing, or infrastructure sectors.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and achieve high performance across verticals.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics platforms.
Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Hyderabad property market and buyer behavior.
