We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the sales department, developing effective strategies to achieve sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for agents and monitor performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to motivate and educate the team.
Monitor the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Assist agents with client negotiations, deal closures, and resolving sales issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, property owners, and other stakeholders.
Generate and analyze sales reports to assess team performance and forecast future sales.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all sales transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales.
Valid real estate license (if required in your region).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Familiarity with all real estate markets.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
