Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

sales goals.

o Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and

performance.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

o Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and

threats.

o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance data to

drive strategic decisions.

5. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

o Maintain in-depth knowledge of SMS products and services, and effectively

communicate their value propositions to clients.

o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute

promotional campaigns.

6. Contract Negotiation and Closing:

o Lead contract negotiations and secure agreements with clients, ensuring

favourable terms for the company.

o Oversee the closing of sales deals and ensure successful implementation and

client on boarding.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the SMS services or

telecommunications industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client

relationships.

 Strong understanding of SMS technologies, industry trends, and competitive

dynamics.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong organizational and time-management

skills.

 Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
