Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B and university tie-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and industry professionals.

• Generate leads and drive enrollment for our courses through strategic partnerships.

• Conduct presentations and meetings to promote Augmintech’s services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

• Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education or edtech industry.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales, partnerships, and university tie-ups.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
