Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, cranes, Grader, Backhoe Loader, Excavator etc.) in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers, projects, and channels in the region.
Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and onboard new channel partners.
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with service, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
Ensure timely collections and maintain account health.
