Cab Dispatch & Coordination:
Manage and monitor on-call cab bookings, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles.
Allocate rides to drivers based on location, availability, and trip priority.
Track and ensure vehicle movement and ride completion in real time.
Team Management:
Supervise cab drivers and ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate shift rosters, driver duty rotations, and leave schedules.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for ride-related inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Resolve rider issues quickly and professionally.
Fleet Management Support:
Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle availability, maintenance, and documentation.
Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and in roadworthy condition.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain logs of daily trips, driver attendance, and fuel usage.
Generate regular reports on performance metrics (e.g., ride completion rate, customer satisfaction).
Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and transport regulations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or diploma with relevant experience).
4+ years of experience in transport/logistics/cab dispatch roles.
Strong leadership and crisis-handling skills.
Proficiency in communication tools, GPS tracking apps, and dispatch systems.
Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, or holidays).
