Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's growing food and beverage (F&B) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new regions and countries. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and strategic expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of new business strategies and initiatives
Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new states and countries
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess the feasibility of new opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, partners, and potential customers
Negotiate and close high-impact business deals
Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of new business ventures
Monitor, track, and report on the performance of business initiatives
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to other cities and states as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in the F&B sector
Proven success in identifying and executing new business ventures
Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including market dynamics, consumer trends, and competition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Open to frequent travel across cities and states
International exposure or experience in new market development is a strong advantage.
