Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, dealer relationship management, and achieving monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers for two-wheeler finance.

• Maintain relationships with two-wheeler dealerships and generate business through them.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process to customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents and assist in completing loan application forms.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Follow up with customers for repayments (if required in the role).

• Maintain records of daily activities and submit reports to the reporting manager.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Experience: 2–6 years .

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills

  • Basic knowledge of loan and finance products

  • Good local market knowledge

  • Two-wheeler & Android phone must (if applicable)

Compensation:

• Salary: Basic + Incentives
