Are you energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about business growth? We're looking for dynamic Business Development Executives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, approaching, and signing up potential franchise partners across India to represent a top-tier university in the education consultancy space.

You will work under the guidance of our Business Development Manager and be instrumental in growing our franchise network in untapped cities.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

· Identify and engage potential franchise partners across various cities in India.

· Pitch the university’s education consultancy model and on board new franchisees.

· Travel extensively to meet prospects, attend meetings, and conduct on-ground evaluations.

· Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the franchise setup process.

· Support franchisees post-signup to ensure smooth on boarding.

· Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

· Provide regular market feedback and maintain reports on outreach and conversion activities.

✅ Requirements

· Experience: 0–4 years in business development, sales, or franchise development (preferably in education, consultancy, or related sectors).

· Languages: Fluency in English, Tamil, Hindi, (additional regional languages are a plus)

· Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India.

· Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

· High level of initiative and ownership

· Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
