Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and digital platforms
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
Stay updated on industry trends and market competition
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales (Real Estate or similar industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a go-getter attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus
Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
