We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive with 1–2 years of recent experience in business-to-business sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients to expand the company’s business.

• Maintain and strengthen long-term professional relationships with existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable products/services.

• Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
