About the Role:
We are looking for a female Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales within the education/EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in institutional sales, client relationship management, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new institutional clients (B2B)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at colleges, coaching centers, and training institutes
Present and pitch solutions to education institutions aligned with their academic goals
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (non-student-facing)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally for meetings if needed
