Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or in-person and provide timely resolutions.
Manage orders end-to-end, from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
Acquire new customers/clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage.
