Role Overview:
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the face of K.H.T Motors, responsible for
engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle
selection and purchase process. Your role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer
experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom,
understanding their requirements, and providing information about vehicle features and
options.
Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed presentations and test drives to showcase the
features and benefits of Tata Motors vehicles.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including
documentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and
customer preferences to effectively position K.H.T Motors' products.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure
smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate in Management or related fields.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and any regional language.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
