Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team at TrueVisory Realty Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and approach potential clients for real estate sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate property options.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Sales & Negotiation:
• Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies.
• Present and showcase property options to clients through site visits and virtual tours.
Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments in the real estate sector.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
• Ensure that all documentation related to sales transactions is accurate and complete.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the sales process.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
