Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in Residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, have prior experience in connection with channel partners, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
Generate leads through various sources and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of channel partners operations.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
