We are looking for a Sales Executive-Opticals to join our team at Trilochan Netralaya,Sambalpur. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

• Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

  • Keep track of inventory and report any stock issues to the management.

  • Assisted patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs and preferences.

  • Consistently exceeded sales goals through effective product recommendations and up selling.

  • Responded to customer inquiries and resolved issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintained a clean and organized sales floor, showcasing products effectively.

  • Ensured accurate measurements for eyewear fittings, achieving 100% accuracy.

  • Demonstrated strong selling skills, contributing to a 25% increase in store sales.
