We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Trendy Traders Academy. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the stock market, enjoy client interaction, and are results-driven. Your main responsibility will be acquiring new clients, pitching our premium trading and investing education programs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000–₹35,000, along with attractive performance-based incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Present, promote, and sell our stock market training programs effectively to potential clients.
Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and financial learning goals.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
Prepare engaging presentations or demos to explain course benefits and outcomes.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, or any relevant stream)
Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
A customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to close sales.
Basic understanding or interest in the stock market and financial services is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Office is an added advantage.
