raviYo is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate with 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales for SaaS or tech-based products. This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a solid understanding of the sales cycle in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential clients.
Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Effectively pitch TraviYo’s travel technology solutions to clients.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on client feedback and market needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven sales experience in the IT or SaaS industry.
Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
