Job Title Sales & Operation Executive

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Operation Executive who will be responsible for generating sales, managing warehouse/go-down operations, handling inward & outward material movement, supporting dispatch activities, and coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales Generation:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and clients.

• Assist the sales team in follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.

2.Warehouse & Go-down Management:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and go-down operations.

• Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of inventory.

• Maintain stock levels and monitor stock movement.

3.Inward & Outward Material Handling:

• Verify inward materials, check quality & quantity as per purchase orders.

• Maintain records for material receipt and issue.

• Manage outward stock for dispatch as per customer orders.

4.Dispatch & Logistics:

• Coordinate and arrange dispatches as per schedule.

• Ensure proper documentation for delivery challans, invoices, and transport arrangements.

• Track and follow up on deliveries to customers.

5.Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order processing and billing.

• Prepare and maintain daily reports for sales, stock, and dispatch.

• Support management with periodic MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse/go-down operations.

• Familiarity with inward/outward material handling processes.

• Good coordination and multitasking ability.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management software/ERP (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Operations or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales & warehouse/operations management (preferably in manufacturing/trading industry).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month based on interview performance.
