Job Summary:

Ambit Finvest Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Officers for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. We are looking for driven and field-ready professionals with prior experience in LAP or secured loans. If you are passionate about sales and are target-oriented, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate LAP leads through market visits, cold calling, and local connector networks (DSAs, builders, agents).

• Educate customers on LAP product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation process.

• Collect, verify, and submit property and financial documents for processing.

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for loan file approval and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets and ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure 100% compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to generate repeat business.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP sales (mandatory)

• Age: Below 35 years

• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Must have earned sales incentives at least 3 times in the last 6 months

• No employment gaps of more than 2 months in the recent past

• Fluency in the local language is a must

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed CTC: ₹2.0 – ₹3.4 LPA (based on experience)

• Incentives: ₹1340 per lakh disbursed (Minimum monthly threshold: 7L)
