The Junior Sales Executive will assist in driving sales for residential and commercial properties by engaging with potential clients, conducting site visits, and following up on leads. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in real estate sales.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
Assist clients in property selection by understanding their needs.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow up with potential buyers to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned.
Freshers or 1-2 years in real estate sales (preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Aurangabad’s real estate market.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
High energy, persistence, and customer-centric approach.
