📍 Location: East Patel Nagar, New Delhi (Near Rajendra Place Metro Station)
💼 Experience: 1+ Year (Franchise/Business Development experience preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000/month + Incentives

Are you passionate about sales and business development? We’re looking for a Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, onboarding new franchise partners, and driving business expansion while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and connect with potential franchise partners through calls, meetings, and networking
✅ Present the company’s franchise model, investment plans, and growth opportunities
✅ Handle inbound franchise inquiries and provide detailed information
✅ Maintain franchise leads database and track progress in CRM/Sheets
✅ Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets
✅ Follow up with prospects and ensure smooth onboarding
✅ Coordinate with operations & support teams for franchise setup and handholding
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience (Franchise/Food industry experience a plus)
🔹 Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English)
🔹 Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
🔹 Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
🔹 Positive attitude, professionalism, and relationship-building skills
