Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, prices, and offers clearly.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive.

• Handle customer billing, payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on promotions or discounts.

• Manage stock levels, report shortages, and support inventory checks.

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Support the store manager in day-to-day showroom operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.

• 1–3 years of retail or showroom sales experience preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and billing knowledge.

• Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude.
