Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into potential leads.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information.
Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
Follow up regularly with potential clients to close sales.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competition.
Coordinate with field sales and support teams for smooth order processing and client servicing.
