· Meet customers, understand their profile and build a relationship with them
· Present, promote, and sell residential properties to potential customers effectively.
· Explain the USPs of the project & the show them the sample flat.
· Help customers in selecting the right property as per their budget.
· Explain the pricing, offers and payment plans to the customers.
· Follow up with customers for revisits and maintain a healthy revisit ratio.
· Negotiate and drive the customer towards closure.
Update the relevant records in the Sales system regularly.
