Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients in the real estate industry, and meeting sales targets. This role will involve interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right solutions offered by Square Yards.
Profile Responsibilities:
Initiating phone conversations with clients/customer
Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle/site visits
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, Calls.
Monitoring self-performance all the time while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated, Average revenue per sale, etc.
