Responsibilities:
1. High-Ticket Sales Execution Take full ownership of premium program sales, especially high-ticket offerings.

4. · our programs. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Engage and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication. Establish rapport with prospects, build trust, and guide them in making informed decisions.
6.Understand the financial goals, learning aspirations, and readiness to invest of each lead. 3. Sales Follow-ups & Pipeline Management Maintain consistent follow-ups, nurture leads in the pipeline, and manage sales funnel.stages proactively. Update CRM systems regularly and follow set protocols to ensure pipeline hygiene and timely closures. Handle objections and concerns confidently, ensuring prospects feel supported and heard4. Target Achievement & Performance Review Achieve monthly sales targets and meet KPIs defined by the leadership team.· Participate in daily huddles, weekly reviews, and coaching sessions to upgrade sales· performance. Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect insights, and conversion blockers to support· marketing strategy. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field.· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or telecalling (EdTech or financial product sales· preferred). Proven record in consultative selling and high-ticket product conversion.· Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.· Possession of an Android smartphone for CRM and communication.· Self-driven, reliable, and a strong team player with ethical sales behavior.· Work Location This is a Work from Office or Work from Home role.
