Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Reporting Manager in Sales Process:
Collaborate with the reporting manager to streamline the sales process.
Prepare sales presentations and assist in the development of sales strategies.
Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to support sales efforts.
Handling E-commerce Orders:
Manage and process e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
Handling Courier and Logistics:
Oversee the logistics of product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Liaise with courier services to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain records of all logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintaining Database and Records:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Utilize database management systems to organize and retrieve information efficiently.
Generate reports as required to assist in sales analysis and decision-making.
Handling Post-Sales Queries:
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to post-sales support.
Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex queries effectively.
Banking and High-Value Item Handover Tasks:
Assist in the handover of high-value items, ensuring proper documentation and security measures are followed.
Conduct banking tasks as required, including deposits and withdrawals.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Must be a graduate (any stream).
Personal Attributes:
Polite, presentable, and attentive.
Sharp memory and strong focus on tasks.
Driving Skills:
Must know how to drive a 4-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Background Check:
Should not have any criminal record.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prerequisites:
Proven experience in sales support, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
