Role Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented Telesales Executive to drive sales and revenue through effective telephonic engagement. The role requires a proactive professional who can build strong customer relationships, generate qualified leads, and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote company products/services.
Understand customer requirements, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and sales activity in CRM systems.
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage professionally with clients and handle objections effectively.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
High level of confidence, initiative, and resilience.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
Experience in handling executive-level client interactions will be an added advantage.
