Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities.
Record customer interactions and update CRM daily.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the marketing and business team for lead tracking and updates.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive voice.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Ability to work under targets and maintain daily reporting.
Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any Stream).
0–2 years of experience in tele sales / tele marketing / customer calling.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on performance)
