Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete property details.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an added advantage.
