Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties from the available inventory.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

• Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of the property market and real estate trends.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
