About the Role:

You will be responsible for promoting Apollo-SBI Credit Cards through In-Store sales at Apollo Pharmacies and Field Sales activities, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience !!!

🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities :
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)
✅ Engage customers and pitch credit card offerings tailored to their needs.
✅ Explain card features, benefits, eligibility, and usage clearly.
✅ Collect and verify documents as per KYC norms.
✅ Maintain promotional material visibility and campaign branding daily.

🚶‍♂️‍➡️ Field Sales :
✅ Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
✅ Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, and direct engagement.
✅ Follow up on leads and close sales within turnaround time (TAT).

🧰 Operational & Compliance :

✅ Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and onboarding.
✅ Ensure full compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.

➡️ Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.
✅ 6 months to 2 years of experience in credit card or financial product sales (Freshers with good communication skills encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and goal-oriented with a basic understanding of financial products and KYC.

❇️ Compensation & Benefits:

💸 Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
💰 Attractive Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 monthly based on performance
