We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Sehsaa Solutions Private Ltd., an innovative IT services and solutions company. The Sales Executive will play a key role in generating leads, pitching our IT solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

💼 Position Details

• Location: Mumbai

• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 in-hand + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and engage new business opportunities through multiple channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
✅ Present, promote, and sell Sehsaa’s IT services and solutions (CRM, ERP, AI solutions, app development, etc.) to potential clients.
✅ Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends, positioning Sehsaa’s offerings effectively.
✅ Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth execution of the process.
✅ Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Sehsaa’s solutions and value propositions.
✅ Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and report on progress regularly.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

Job Requirements:
🎓 Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT).
💼 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT services, SaaS, or B2B solutions space.
🗣️ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
💪 Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals independently.
📞 Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, convincing skills, and email writing.
🛠️ Basic understanding of IT solutions (web/mobile app development, AI, CRM, ERP) is an advantage.
📈 Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
