Responsibilities:
Maintain daily records of customer visits and interactions.
Record and manage daily sales data accurately.
Report daily sales and payment updates to the management.
Make outbound calls to customers for promotion and coordination.
Draft promotional content for Mirchi and Haldi-related marketing.
Send daily promotional or follow-up messages to customers.
Prepare and issue cash bills and GST-compliant invoices.
Maintain and update customer payment status regularly.
Follow up with customers on pending payments.
Manage and track Hyderabad stock inventory.
Maintain records and accounts of travel expenses.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Basic knowledge of billing systems, including GST invoicing.
Proficient in MS Excel, basic record keeping.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Prior experience in FMCG or spices sector (preferred).
Willingness to travel locally when required.
