Inside Sales/ Business Development
About the role The Inside Sales team at SpaceN Workspaces is the presales team and the first point of contact with the client/potential new member.
They primarily work on leads that are generated via marketing & partnership channels. Leads are qualified over phone calls & emails and covert them into sales.
This team works towards qualified sales pipeline generation across all our regions for all SpaceN Workspaces products primarily Virtual Offices.
Role and responsibilities
Explain the product or service to potential customers while communicating the SpaceN brand Develop and nurture leads through sales processes.
Deliver scripted sales pitch and customize it, wherever needed, to meet needs of specific individuals through phone calls & emails.
Strategic pipeline building for priority buildings/markets Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy Work on maintaining data hygiene on the Sales CRM Platform to efficiently track data Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Excellent communication.
