Job Description: Sales Executive – PV Spark

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Experience Required: 2–3 years in solar sales or solar lead generation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in lead generation for the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through Calls and Emails)

• Generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

• Educate prospects on solar solutions and benefits

• Follow up with leads through regular communication until conversion

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM systems

• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

• Provide regular reports on lead status and performance to the Sales Manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 2–3 years of proven experience in solar lead generation or sales

• Strong knowledge of the solar industry, products, and market trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
