Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and helping customers find the perfect devices and plans to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.

• Explain product features, network services, and promotions to customers clearly.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, trends, and store promotions.

• Assist with in-store merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.

• Process transactions using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile phones.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic understanding of mobile phones and network plans.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a phone or electronics store.

• Familiarity with major mobile phone brands

• Bilingual abilities (if relevant to your area/customer base).
