Job Description:
As a B2B Executive, you will support the growth of VDT Pipeline’s client base in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and build long-term B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Research and identify potential clients (e.g., Oil & Gas companies).
• Use tools like LinkedIn, industry reports, and CRM databases to build prospect lists.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Assist in managing existing client accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, prepare pitches, and support negotiations.
• GeM Portal Monitoring:
Regularly check the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for new tenders, RFQs, and relevant listings
Download and circulate tender documents to the concerned teams
Ensure timely submission of bids in coordination with senior staff
• Client Follow-ups:
Follow up regularly with national-level clients regarding orders, payments, queries, and feedback
Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and resolve issues proactively
• Sales & Coordination Support:
Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals
Coordinate internally with production/logistics teams for order updates
Support the senior sales team with data entry, reporting, and scheduling
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate or MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business preferred)
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Computer literate – familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM tools ( Salesforce), GeM portal, and basic online tools
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Prior experience in B2B sales coordination
