We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Finance Buddha. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers 15k to 30k and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively initiate of outbound calls daily to potential customers from provided lead lists (e.g., cold leads, warm leads, database contacts).
Research and profile potential customers to tailor the sales pitch and product recommendations.
Present, promote, and sell various loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans) by clearly articulating features, benefits, and the application process.
Identify customer needs and financial goals to match them with the most suitable loan product and structure.
Handle customer queries and overcome objections professionally and persuasively to secure commitment.
Experience: Proven experience 6 months to 4 years in a target-driven outbound sales environment, preferably in banking, financial services, or loan sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and professionally over the phone.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
