We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in AV integration, IT hardware, networking solutions, and consumer electronics/home appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the AV, IT hardware, networking, and home appliance sectors.
Promote and sell solutions including AV systems, networking devices, IT hardware, and consumer electronics.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).
2–3 years of proven experience in sales within AV, IT, networking, or consumer electronics sectors.
Strong understanding of AV integration, IT infrastructure, and networking solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience:
Proven AV sales experience, including B2B and/or project-based selling.
Experience in dealing with retail chains, system integrators, or corporate clients.
Familiarity with smart home systems and IoT-enabled appliances.
