Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and
residential sectors.
Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers
2. Sales Planning & Execution
Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, proposal submission,
negotiation, and closing.
3. Product & Solution Selling
Recommend tailored fire safety solutions (sprinklers, alarms, hydrants, suppression
systems).
Understand NFPA, IS, and local fire safety regulations to pitch compliant solutions.
4. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor and guide junior sales staff.
Coordinate with design and installation teams for project handovers and technical
clarifications.
5. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Conduct regular follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and after-sales support.
6. Reporting & Forecasting
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track market trends, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire safety or MEP industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications
