We are looking for experienced and dynamic Telesales Executives to join our growing real estate team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, following up on leads, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate telesales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Call prospective clients to promote property listings and real estate services
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and online inquiries
Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations
Build strong client relationships and maintain an updated CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide information on pricing, availability, and investment opportunities
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales (must)
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
