We are looking for a Mobilization executive to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹30000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for Japanese Language Training (N5/N4 level) through field visits and outreach activities.

  • Counsel and motivate candidates by clearly explaining the benefits and career opportunities in Japan’s healthcare and related sectors.

  • Participate in community engagement efforts and local events to create awareness and generate potential leads.

  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, mobilization status, and follow-up actions.

  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly mobilization targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, training registration, and onboarding processes.

  • Share timely updates and field activity reports with the reporting manager.

  • Travel regularly within the designated region (Shillong or Imphal) based on mobilization needs.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to strategies for improving mobilization efforts.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in skill development, field mobilization, or community outreach, and who possess strong communication skills in the local language(s). Familiarity with the region's geography and culture is highly desirable.
