We are hiring for multiple voice-based roles in sales, collections, and customer support at QConnect Business Solutions. Candidates must have good communication skills, basic product knowledge (finance, insurance, or banking), and be comfortable with voice processes in a fast-paced environment.

2. Equentis – Share Market Sales

3. ABSLI – Life Insurance Renewal Process

4. Tata AIG Health – Health Insurance Sales

5. Yes Bank Sales – YCOP / CVM / RL

6. Collections – IDFC / IndusInd / Urban / Rural

7. DRA Collections – ICICI HFC / BOB / Axis / HSBC / TCHFL

8. LIC – Insurance Support (Tamil/Malayalam)

9. BOI – Inbound / Reminder Calling

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound voice calls

• Explain and sell financial products (loans, insurance, shares)

• Manage renewal or reminder calls

• Follow-up for collections (with or without DRA license)

• Meet daily/monthly targets

• Maintain call and client records as per company standards

Job Requirements

• Education: HSC or Graduate (Role-specific)

• Experience: Freshers & experienced (Varies per process)

• Languages: English + any of Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada (for select roles)

• Good English Communication

• Certifications: DRA certificate required for DRA Collection roles

• Location: Must be comfortable working from Airoli

Job Details

• Shifts: Fixed Day or Rotational (9:30 AM – 9:30 PM, process-based)

• Weekly Off: Mostly Sunday Fixed, some with Rotational Offs

• Salary: ₹14.5K – ₹29K CTC (Based on role & experience)

• Job Location: Airoli (Work from Office)
